I’m Kaitlyn Costello Fain, an artist and storyteller devoted to helping others heal, rise, and reconnect with their light.

My path has woven through performance, creativity, motherhood, and profound personal transformation. As a professional singer and lifelong creative, I’ve always believed art has the power to move people, open hearts, and bring healing where words alone cannot reach.

That belief deepened when life asked more of me.

After navigating breast cancer and the challenges that followed, I emerged with a renewed understanding of what truly matters: listening to the body, honoring intuition, caring for the nervous system, and choosing life with intention. What once felt like an ending became an awakening.

Today, I use my voice in a new way.

Through Find Your Light, I share tools, stories, and simple practices that help women come home to themselves, especially those moving through transition, burnout, illness, grief, or seasons of reinvention.

I am especially passionate about supporting women in becoming advocates for their own health, trusting their inner wisdom, and remembering that healing is not about perfection. It is about small, loving choices made over time.
